Navigating Adulthood
Best suited for young adults navigating transitional life stages. This workshop explores concepts around a balanced lifestyle, identity, and coping strategies. The workshop is designed to be interactive, and reflective, and facilitate discussions. It adds to the existing knowledge of the participants and hopes to encourage proactive mindsets in wellbeing. These topics can be adapted to suit any age group and activities can be tailored to suit the cohort's needs.

Do we know where to go for support in times of distress? This workshop is designed to have conversations about what mental health services are available. There are so many different roles & services available that it can become overwhelming to know where to begin.

What do you do when a loved one, colleague, or friend struggles with mental health? This workshop facilitates discussion about how to support those around you who may be struggling with their mental health. Explore what to look out for, and how you best support them while ensuring you look after your mental health.

Understanding Anxiety
We talk a lot about anxiety being a common mental health struggle that people have, yet do you know what it means? This workshop is designed to break down what anxiety can look like and what it means to each participant. It’s an introduction to normalising conversations about mental health while building a better understanding around anxiety.
